2016 — Costas Georgiadis, our ambassador, celebrates 20 years of ACFCGN
The Australian City Farms & Community Gardens Network is excited to have our ambassador, Costa Georgiadis (host of Gardening Australia) celebrating our 20 years with us.
He names the Network as a ‘mint’ of an organisation while he chats from a community garden in South Australia.
Together he sees city farms and community gardens making amazing changes across the country. In the next 20 years he sees the direction being in the horticulture therapy side of gardening and the impact that that can have to enhance community.
He says there is a lot us community gardeners can do and are doing and on this 20 year celebration, wish ACFCGN a happy 20th birthday.
