The Inkerman Heights Community Garden in St. Kilda officially opened in May 2004.
With the help of local residents Inner South Community Health Service (ISCHS) assisted in the design, construction and management of the garden through the Older Persons High Rise Support Program (OPHRSP) The ISCHS OPHRSP team remain active in supporting the garden.
