WA project — identifying plant pest and diseases

This project aimed to utilise Community Gardens Australia’s networks and venues to assist the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) in engaging with gardeners in the metropolitan area. DPIRD officers aimed to enlist gardeners to participate in their research study and educate gardeners on the use of the MyPestGuide®Reporter App, as an available tool to assist gardeners in pest surveillance and reporting.
