Costa… you can’t miss him… he sort of stands out in a crowd. But it’s what the man says, what he represents that matters. And what matters is how he has become an ambassador of sorts for community and school gardening in Australia.
This is Costa’s keynote address to the 2012 Australian Community Gardens and City Farms Eco-topia conference held in Sydney.
Community gardens and city farms are places where people come together to grow fresh food, to learn, relax and make new friends.
