From volunteer management and daily operations to sustainability and succession planning, this course helps you future-proof your community garden for years to come. You’ll gain practical tools for building strong partnerships, engaging meaningfully with your community, and running successful fundraising campaigns. Each week blends practical strategies with real-world examples, so you can immediately apply what you learn to your own garden.
The program runs over 10 weeks for an investment of $1,500. Because many councils actively support training for local leaders, we recommend checking if your council offers funding or grant opportunities to cover the cost.
