Social enterprise comes to Mullumbimby Community Garden

THERE’S NO HOLDING BACK the Mullumbimby Community Garden crew. They’ve gone from community enterprise to social enterprise with the opening of their Mullumbimby Community Garden Nursery.

The organically-managed nursery provides veggie seedlings to garden members and to the general public for a set donation. The nursery is managed

by gifted local grower, Andy Samson, who has been raising seedlings as a commercial operator in the Northern Rivers region for many years.

Andy says that the new Mullumbimby Community Garden Nursery will operate during community garden opening hours. He says that there is currently an abundance of winter veggies such as broccoli, spinach, turnips and kale, all ready for planting.
