SUMMARY:Spring Fest - North Perth CG
DESCRIPTION:An event to showcase North Perth Community Garden and launch our new Free \n\n\n\nCommunity Seed Library. Come and celebrate Spring and the Noongar season of \n\n\n\nDjilba with us and see what we do in the garden. \n\n\n\nA series of three 15 minute ticketed (Humanitix) mini repeating workshops will run \n\n\n\nthroughout the day on: \n\n\n\nSuccessfully saving seeds \n\n\n\nSuccessful soil health for seeds \n\n\n\nGrowing from from seeds \n\n\n\nWorkshop participants will be given free materials & seeds to use in the workshop. \n\n\n\nThere will be a break in the workshops around 11am for the formal launch of the \n\n\n\nseed library and a talk by Dr Fatemeh Kazemi BSc\, MSc\, and PhD Lecturer School \n\n\n\nof Science at ECU on Water saving and sustainable gardening practices. \n\n\n\nCome and celebrate Djilba with North Perth Community Garden and see what we do \n\n\n\nin our garden. There will be stalls from other similar themed groups and a small \n\n\n\nselection of plants (pineapples!!!) will be for sale.
