BYRON BAY/MULLUMBIMBY NSW: Courses + Permaculture accredited training Certificate 3

SHORT COURSES TO INSPIRE, INFORM AND ENCOURAGE POSITIVE ACTION

OH, those lucky people in Mullum and Byron... not only do they have the mildest winters in the state, they have the Byron Region Community College which is offering a range of short courses enough to make your mouth water, in an intellectual sense, just like the Mullumbimby Community Garden's lines of lettuce and trellises of tomatoes make your mouth water in a culinary sense.

And what a range... Introduction to Permaculture, building a home propagation and seed raising bench, no-dig gardening and what you can plant now, seed saving for the home gardener and a family-oriented, inspirational course called Plant it, Grow It, Harvest and Eat It!

Permaculture Certificate Three

Permaculture aims to create stable, productive systems that provide for human needs, harmoniously integrating the land with its inhabitants. The ecological processes of plants, animals, their nutrient cycles, climatic factors and weather cycles are all part of permaculture. Now, you can do the nationally recognized Certificate III in Permaculture through Byron College.

This 12 month Certificate provides trade equivalent skills training in permaculture.

Details: Certificate III in Permaculture starting in October –  is taking bookings now.
