WA launches new website for community gardens!

June 29, 2010

News, WA

Community gardens in WA now have a new home.  The new Community Gardens WA website was launched last Friday as one of the final achievements of the Growing Communities WA project. The website has lots of useful information, resources to download and suggested avenues for support for community gardens that will be useful for gardens in WA and further afield.

WA gardens can create a free listing on the website’s online database and map of gardens, ensuring people can locate and connect with gardens easily. The listing also provides a great opportunity for gardens to promote themselves and their activities to local residents, as well as to organisations, groups and businesses who might want to connect with and support their garden.
